Indian Rap in 5 Languages: Karmacy - Horizons
Karmacy's "Horizon", I think is probably the first rap song to seamlessly blend 5 different languages together: English, Spanish, Hindi, Gujarati and Punjabi.
This San Francisco Bay Area-located Desi rap group uses "Hip Hop as a medium through which they communicate their thoughts, Karmacy transcends typical perceptions and ideologies appealing to music listeners in all corners of the world."
Though I only understand their English and Spanish, their song "Horizons" seems to do just that!
