In all of Mississippi, this was the only Juke that we visited that had a mix of white and black patrons. It was a very pleasant atmosphere where all the major Chitlin' Circuit regulars congregate. We had the pleasure of chatting with Mickey Rogers, Bill Wallace, Charles Wilson, Johnny Horton, Charlie Peale, Tommy Collins, Mississippi Slim, Bobby Rutledge and so many other real good folk from Greenville Ms...
