Holland America Line's Culinary Arts Center program, Presented by Food & Wine Magazine, brings "Culinary Cruising" into the 21st century by integrating guests' love of fine food and wine with a unique and entertaining experience. Guests can taste fine wines from around the world and put them together with the flavors of the new gourmet dish they learn to make in a hands-on cooking class taught by Holland America's own Master Chefs or Culinary Guests. The Culinary Arts Center is an extraordinary demonstration kitchen, just like you see on TV.
