Flood of 2008, Valley Park and Fenton Down by the river
I was down by the river, right off Gravois (Highway 30) bridge that pass's over the Meramac river in Fenton Missouri. It was taken on March 22 2008. The water was moving by very fast. Moving water is a good sign that the water is, to start going back down. When the water is still, that means it is backing up, and flooding. The river in Valley Park and Fenton stoped at 38.1 feet. If it was to go over 40 feet it would go over Valley Parks levy.
